The Atlantic Jazz Festival HavanaFax is a regular act at the Atlantic Jazz Festival. The festival with the best hang! You gotta be at Stayners for Late Night with Doug Riley. We have had many great shows at the festival but the biggest thrill was to open for the Yellow Jackets in 2005. Chicoy was not with us that year but Tony, Avi and Rodney were here. The Set featured original music by Jeff Goodspeed, Silvio Pupo, and Doris Mason. Then the Yellow Jackets played a perfect set. Many, many people said it was the best night of the festival without a doubt.

Thank you Jazz East HavanaFax would like to thank the Atlantic Jazz Festival and all its volunteers and Jazz East for creating such a great venue for local, national and international talent. Jazz East is busy creating live music performances all year round but the highlight of the year is the middle of July when Halifax becomes the Atlantic Jazz Festival.
